Jennifer is Allvera's amazing office manager. In 1995 she received her nursing degree in geriatric nursing. She has eight years of previous experience in spa managment. Her "I can" attitude truly sparkles and she is always there to make sure the center is running smoothly for everyone.
She has been with her adoring husband Brady for 23 years. They have 3 children Kailey, Spencer, and Mason.
Her hobbies include OSU Fotball, reading, and movies while spending time with her family. Her number one priority always remains her relationship with God.

Cathy Mason
You might ask "What is Reflexology"? It is the practice of applying pressure on the reflex points on the foot and hand that mirrors the internal organs, muscular and structural body. A couple of the benefits in stimulating the reflexes are relaxation, over all wellness and balance or what is known as "Homeostasis". This allows the pathways to be fully open allowing circulation to go through the body supplying the nutrients and oxygen to the cells. Cathy has a passion for being able to reach out helping others. Reflexology is such a great way to relax. Let your feet tell Cathy what is going on in your body! Cathy is married, with 2 children, 3 step children, and 9 grandchildren. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. Cathy moved to the Columbus area in 1985. Cathy and her husband Iove to spend time with all of their children and grandchildren and when they have the opportunity, they love to travel.

Michele McTeague
Michele McTeague is the sole owner and operator of Allvera Body Wrap & Wellness Center in Pickerington, Ohio. Michele was introduced to the world of natural health after experiencing her own health issues with the birth of her second child. Not satisfied with the answers or solutions offered to her by “traditional” doctors and after months of feeling horrible, Michele sought help and advice from a local Certified Natural Health Practitioner and herbalist. With her help, Michele was able to get back on track, and was soon feeling and looking like herself again. This inspired Michele to learn all she could about how to get and stay healthy through lifestyle changes such as diet, exercise and herbs. She spent the next 10 years reading everything she could, taking classes and seminars and implementing everything she learned into her own life. In 2006, Michele graduated from Clayton College of Natural Health with high honors in Iridology Theory and Practice.
In 2009, Michele followed her dream and became a Certified Natural Health Practitioner and purchased Allvera Body Wrap & Wellness Center in Pickerington. Her life’s mission is to provide a wide variety of health and wellness services and products to her customers and clients in order to help them find their own unique path to their wellness. Michele has taken great measures to ensure that all who come to Allvera experience a non-judgmental and accepting center that is staffed with the finest practitioners in Central Ohio.
Michele and her husband of 18 years, Marc, are the proud parents of 2 amazing children: daughter, Riley and son, Ian. Michele enjoys hypnotherapy,meditating, reading and walking with her 2 dogs.

Nisreen Pennington
Born and raised in Beirut Lebanon, Nisreen has completed her training to become an esthetician/holistic therapist in Leeds, U.K. Trying to satisfy her interest in spa services Nisreen took every course she could get her hands on, from skin care to electrology, aromatherapy to reflexology and she graduated with honors at the age of 22. She was excited to set up shop in her home town, so she moved back to Beirut and within a few months Nisreen was running her own full service day spa with her team of therapists and loving every minute of it. After over nine years of hard work her business was running like clockwork and she could not have been more proud of it, but something was missing. In the summer of 2005 while she was attending a skin care workshop in Barcelona Spain, she was offered an opportunity to teach post-graduate classes with the International Dermal Institute in L.A, California. With her parents having just immigrated to the United States she felt that it was probably time for a new adventure. Nisreen sold her business, to two of her closest friends, and moved to America that fall. She stayed with her family here in Columbus Ohio awaiting the paperwork for her new job in L.A. to come through. That same winter, she met her adoring husband Ted. She felt that she had found what was missing in her life; her own family.
Ted was a divorced father of four. She felt she fit right in, and within eight months of meeting, Ted and Nisreen got married in a beautiful ceremony that her friends and family flew in from all over the world to attend. For over two year Nisreen took on well to being a stay-at home mom to her two youngest step-children, Anthony 16 and Zachary 12. Now she and her husband have the last addition to their family, their 16-month old baby boy, Alistar. With her family life in check and her parents living close by, Nisreen is ready to start back up on her career. She misses performing her therapies and meeting new people. Armed with her International Qualifications and her extensive experience in the spa industry she is teaming up with Allvera Wellness Center to offer facial and body waxing, threading, eyebrow design, and lash/brow tint.

Mary Gudmundson
Mary Gudmundson is a mother and special education teacher whose own physical healing crisis led her to the study and exploration of alternative methods of healing. Her studies and private practice of 18 years include Certified Trager Practitioner, Reiki Master/Teacher, Kinesiology, Aromatherapy, Touch for Health, Acupressure, Energy Balancing and Polarities. Her goal is to provide an environment of healing and to educate and help others balance mind, body and spirit.
